I would like to take the opportunity of thanking all teams and riders for their co-operation during the challenging circumstances of the event at Donington Park yesterday.

To everyone who braved the conditions and adapted to the changing schedules to put on a show for the trackside and TV audiences, you are a great credit to the sport.

Similarly I would like to praise the considerable efforts of the two hundred and sixty two marshals and officials who worked so hard in dealing with the one hundred and six fallers during yesterdays practice and racing.

I sincerely hope better conditions prevail at Thruxton this weekend.
