MCRCB-Events regret to announce that Chris Jones, aged fourteen from Bromsgrove, Worcestershire has died in hospital as a result of injuries sustained in an accident on the start-line during yesterday's British 125GP Championship/ACU Academy Cup race at Cadwell Park circuit.

The accident happened immediately at the start of the race and involved nine competitors.

The staff, officials and associates of MCRCB-Events would like to extend their deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Chris Jones at this tragic time.
