KNOCKHILL - JUDICIAL HEARING

British 125GP Championship - Knockhill - 26 June 2005.

A judicial hearing took place following a report from the marshals and television broadcast footage of an altercation between two riders at the end of the 125c race.

Accordingly, Mr N. Coates and Mr. M. Dunlop were prenounced guilty of engaging in a physical assault on each other at the conclusion of the 125cc race at Knockhill on Sunday 26th June 2005. This contravenes article B1.5 of the Judicial Procedures of the MCRCB Sporting Code.

Accordingly its was ordered that both be suspended from MCRCB permitted events for 30 days from today (26 June) in accordance with article B2.6.2 of the Judicial Procedures and reported to the licensing body (The ACU) and to the MCRCB Directors.

Mr. Coates and Mr. Dunlop were both accompanied their parent and/or guardian at the hearing and their rights of appeal explained.
