Case 1

Rider No.98 Howie Mainwaring was reported to have collided with No.19 Adrian Coates under yellow flags conditions at Noble/Goodwood (marshals posts 9 and 10), resulting in No.19 crashing.

The Judicial Clerk considered that the move was careless and imposed a time penalty of 20 seconds and three (licence) penalty points.

Case 2

Rider number 75 Craig Fitzpatrick was adjudged to have overtaken no. 78 Jon Boy Lee at Campbell Corner under yellow flag conditions at Campbell Corner (marshals posts 5 and 6) on lap 18. A positional penalty of one place and three (licence) penalty points was imposed on no. 75

The rights of appeal were advised.

No appeals were received in the prescribed time period.
