JUDICIAL HEARING
After hearing all the evidence presented to us we find Mr R. Frost guilty of a physical assault on Mr. E Laverty at Thruxton on 10th April 2005. This contravenes article B1.5 of the Judicial Procedures of the MCRCB Sporting Code.
Accordingly we order that Mr R. Frost be suspended from MCRCB permitted events for 30 days from today in accordance with article B2.6.2 of the Judicial Procedures and reported to the ACU and the MCRCB.
